So apparently it’s really hot in the States at the moment, which makes me thankful for the freezing weather we are currently having in Adelaide at the moment (think: ice on cars. This does not happen normally!) I do feel bad for you. Up there on my top ten list of ‘things I truly hate’ is hot weather. I don’t mean nice, warm, sunny days, I mean 40 degree heat days (celsius) where it feels like the heat is wrapped around you and your cheap shoes from Target melt on the hot bitumen. Ugh. So, as my kind of ‘I feel your pain’ gift, may I present one of the most delicious recipes ever, ‘Banana Cream Pie-sicles’. Yum. It may be 4 degrees here, but I think I’ll sit by my heater and eat one of these.
